JOIN THE COOKING CLUB
We welcome new members at anytime
Two ways to join the Cooking Club:

- monthly meetings held on the second Tuesday at the Delta Club at 12:30 p.m.
There are no fees to join our Club. If you plan to join us for the first time, no need to bring anything. Come by, enjoy the food, meet our members, and share your experiences. Hope to see you soon.
We have a Theme for each month. Each month, members volunteer to bring in a dish representing that month's theme along with the recipe to share with the group, which is then posted to our website. Those not cooking are encouraged to send in their favorite recipe to our website manager Kathy Gross at cookingclubgross@gmail.com. All recipes are available on the website under "Recipes".
In addition to sharing dishes, other fun monthly events can include
- Blind Taste Testings.
- Kitchen Gadget Demos. Some of our past kitchen gadget demos included using spiralizers, mandoline slicers, and instant pot multi cookers.
- Food Prep Demos. Past demos have included how to prep and slice a fresh pineapple, how to prep and cook artichokes, how to safely prep hot peppers and how to make compound butters.
- Field trips are once again back on the agenda and we have a committee organizing future outings. An upcoming field trip in September is to Larry's Produce Market in Fairfield.
